a wonderful getaway

i really appreciated that it was close to several spots. there was a 7-eleven nearby. markets offering groceries were also within easy reach. maha sheeva massage was nearby. the staff provided excellent service. the rooms were always clean and well organized, a testament to their dedication. breakfast included different kinds of dishes and this was great. soup was tasty. i found delicious pastries and juices. fresh fruits were available.

The reception area felt less inviting , than the rest of the hotel because of its decor.

I did not get to dine ,at the Seafan Restaurant because I was out exploring the area. Many shops and food choices were located within easy walking distance of the premises.

Check-in was smooth ,and the front desk was very cute. The team was helpful and accommodating ,and they offered good advice about the local area. The hotel provides a free shuttle service.

I found the free shuttle convenient for getting around. The driver was amazing! the room had three different options for service requests, so practical. i especially liked the option for just changing towels and emptying the bins.
The shower's water temperature fluctuated suddenly, switching between cold and hot. That was a bit annoying! also, the noise from outside the room was quite noticeable at times. the wi-fi wasn't the best.

The breakfast included many dishes. I saw delicious soup, pastries, and juices. there were also fresh fruits available! the options were diverse and tasty, so starting the day felt good.

the room was specious and the bed was good.
i was disappointed by the television. there were no international english channels, movie channels, or an option to connect my phone. the only english channel was cna from singapore, it repeated documentaries. also, ground floor rooms are noisy because of kitchen trolleys being rolled to the restaurant.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I found the free shuttle bus very useful for getting to different attractions. It saved me a lot of money on taxis. The hotel also provided luggage storage, so I could explore the area without being weighed down.
The television had limited English-language channels.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to various attractions. It was very convenient. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. I especially liked the freshly cooked eggs. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a really good shower.
The gym could use some additional equipment. It's a small space.
